We're seeking a Senior Sales Strategist to join its growing team with a focus on enterprise business. You will partner with Sales and Product teams to find opportunities to accelerate enterprise revenue growth and expansion.

Responsibilities
  • Help identify, scope and drive critical projects related to enterprise sales initiatives partnering with cross functional teams across the organization
  • Develop/Analyze new product strategies, partnerships, go to market approaches, pricing and features to increase sales velocity and drive customer adoption
  • Lead research and analysis for senior leadership to support decision-making on growth opportunities, e.g. market share penetration, revenue channels, customer segmentation, market and competitive trends
  • Ability to build complex models relating to business change, productivity and compensation; refine operating metrics to shift objectives and priorities
  • Drive operational excellence through identification and execution of opportunity areas that build efficiency by improving processes, implementing new tools that remove obstacles and allow businesses to scale

Who You Are

  • Experience (5+ years) in strategic planning, sales operations and / or business operations
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills, ability to tackle complex and diverse business problems (commercial, operational, organizational)
  • Experience analyzing large data sets with programming languages, spreadsheet software (e.g. SQL, Python, Tableau), with quantitative modeling experience
  • Experience with SalesForce or other CRM platforms
